Affiliate disclosure
Last updated 23 October 2026
Miana is reader-supported. Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, the retailer or an affiliate network may pay us a commission. The price you pay is the same.
Which links are affiliate links
Buttons such as "Check price" and links to retailers may be affiliate links. They are marked in the page code with rel="sponsored", as search engines recommend. Every review page also carries a short disclosure in the footer.
We also use Skimlinks, a service that automatically turns some ordinary links to merchants into affiliate links when you click them. Those links may not carry the rel="sponsored" mark, so treat any link to a store on this site as one that may earn us a commission.
Networks we may work with
We may join affiliate programs run directly by brands or through networks such as Impact, Skimlinks, CJ, ShareASale, Awin, Rakuten Advertising and Amazon Associates. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.
Commissions don't change verdicts
We decide what to review and what to say before we look at whether a product has an affiliate program. We have published negative findings about products we link to, and we will keep doing so. Brands cannot pay for a review, a rating or a position on any page.
Free products
If a maker sends us a product to review, we say so in the review. We don't promise coverage or a positive verdict in return.
Why we tell you this
The U.S. Federal Trade Commission requires publishers to disclose material connections with the brands they write about. We also think you should know how a site makes money before you trust its advice.
