Are the discounts real?
111 of 112 listings showed a higher crossed-out price, with a typical markdown of 25%. When most of a catalog is marked down at once, the lower figure is the normal price and the crossed-out one is decoration. Compare the price you pay with other shops and ignore the percentage.
Returns, warranty and shipping
Belffin states a 30-day return policy from receipt and says approved refunds reach your payment method within 10 business days. The same page says it cannot accept returns on sale items. On the day we read the store, 111 of 112 listings showed a sale price below a crossed-out one.
What to check before you buy
- Read those two facts together. If sale items are excluded and almost everything is on sale, ask Belffin in writing whether your sofa can be returned before you order.
- Measure doorways, stairs and lifts. Modular pieces help, but boxes are still large.
- Ask what the frame is made of and the foam density of the seat cushions.
- Order fabric swatches if they are offered. Screens misjudge colour.
Who it suits
A reasonable choice if
- You want a sofa you can rearrange or extend later.
- You have written confirmation of the return terms for your order.
Look elsewhere if
- You want to rely on a no-questions return for a large sofa.
- You have not measured the route into the room.
