What Comfier sells
Comfier makes plug-in and cordless massagers. Foot massagers are the largest group, then back massagers, lumbar supports, neck massagers and full-body mats. The median listing is $90 and the dearest, a full-back massage chair pad, is $380. Only one listing in five shows a crossed-out price.

Are the discounts real?
21 of 101 listings showed a higher crossed-out price, with a typical markdown of 14%. That is a minority of the catalog, so a sale tag here may mean something. Check the same item's price elsewhere before treating it as a bargain.
Returns, warranty and shipping
Comfier's terms have three tiers. Returns are free within 30 days, except to Alaska, Hawaii and outlying islands. For quality problems, it covers shipping for 90 days. Between 91 days and three years it will still handle a replacement or return, with the buyer paying shipping. Returns for other reasons are not accepted after 30 days.
What to check before you buy
- Heated and shiatsu massagers are not for everyone. Ask a doctor first if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, diabetes with reduced sensation, or a circulation condition.
- Check the auto shut-off time, usually 15 to 30 minutes.
- For foot massagers, check the largest shoe size that fits.
- Seat massagers add thickness. Check they suit your chair.
Who it suits
A reasonable choice if
- You want a massager with a clear, long support window.
- You live in the contiguous United States.
Look elsewhere if
- You have a medical condition and have not checked with a doctor.
- You are in Alaska or Hawaii and want free returns.
