Are the discounts real?

316 of 343 listings showed a higher crossed-out price, with a typical markdown of 24%. When most of a catalog is marked down at once, the lower figure is the normal price and the crossed-out one is decoration. Compare the price you pay with other shops and ignore the percentage.

Returns, warranty and shipping

isinwheel offers a 30-day money-back guarantee from the delivery date and a 12-month repair service. If you have already received the item, the policy asks you to make contact within 14 days. It says a 15% restocking fee will apply depending on the reason for the return, and that refunds are paid within three business days, minus shipping fees. Most UK orders ship free.

Terms change, and the wording on the day you order is what counts. Save a copy with your order confirmation.

What to check before you buy

  • In the UK, privately owned e-scooters cannot legally be ridden on public roads, cycle lanes or pavements. Only approved rental schemes are allowed. Check current rules before buying.
  • An e-bike is road-legal without registration only if it meets the EAPC rules: 250 W maximum continuous power and assistance that stops at 15.5 mph.
  • Ask what triggers the 15% fee and get the answer in writing.
  • Wear and breakage in use are excluded from the warranty.

Who it suits

A reasonable choice if

  • You will ride on private land, or you are buying an EAPC-compliant e-bike.
  • You want parts to be easy to buy later.

Look elsewhere if

  • You plan to commute on public roads by private e-scooter in the UK.
  • You may want to return it without paying a fee.

FAQ

Is isinwheel a legitimate company?

isinwheel runs its own website with published prices and terms, which we read on 12 Oct 2026. We have not placed an order, so we cannot speak to delivery or service from experience.

What does isinwheel sell?

Electric scooters and e-bikes for the UK market, with a long list of spare parts.

How much does isinwheel cost?

The median listing was £39.99 when we read the store, and the most expensive was £1,199.99.

No. This page is based on the brand's own listings, pricing and policy pages.

Bottom line

The spare-parts catalog is a real advantage over anonymous marketplace scooters. The markdowns mean little, and the law on private e-scooters matters more than any price.
