Are the discounts real?
Only 23 of 119 listings showed a crossed-out price (typical markdown 29%). Most of the catalog is sold at a plain price, so a sale tag on this store is the exception.
Returns, warranty and shipping
The policy offers a 30-day guarantee. One sentence says you can request a return within 30 days after delivery. Another says a return you post yourself must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the purchase date. Those are different deadlines, and for a freezer that takes a week to arrive the gap matters.
