Are the discounts real?
39 of 177 listings showed a higher crossed-out price, with a typical markdown of 18%. That is a minority of the catalog, so a sale tag here may mean something. Check the same item's price elsewhere before treating it as a bargain.
Returns, warranty and shipping
Kozyard allows returns within 30 days of receiving the product. The buyer pays return shipping and that cost is not refunded. If you cancel while the package is in transit, the policy charges a 15% restocking fee plus shipping expenses. It ships only to the 48 contiguous states and processes orders within two business days.
What to check before you buy
- On a $1,950 gazebo a 15% fee is about $290 before freight. Be sure before the order ships.
- Ask for the wind and snow load rating and how the structure anchors to your surface.
- Many towns require a permit for a permanent hardtop structure. Check before you build.
- Hardtop gazebos arrive in several heavy boxes and need two or more people and a full day.
Who it suits
A reasonable choice if
- You have measured the site and checked local permit rules.
- You live in the lower 48 states.
Look elsewhere if
- You might change your mind after ordering.
- You are in Alaska, Hawaii or a US territory.
