What MuleRun sells
MuleRun gives you an AI agent with its own virtual machine, browser and storage, meant to carry out multi-step tasks while you do something else. Everything it does consumes credits, and the page states the exchange rate plainly: $1 buys 100 credits.

What each plan's credits are worth
Because the exchange rate is published, you can see how much bonus each plan includes.

Higher plans also come with a larger virtual machine, so part of the price buys computing power and not only credits. One thing does not add up: yearly billing is labelled 20% off, yet the yearly totals shown are exactly twelve times the monthly figures. Either the monthly prices shown are already the discounted yearly rate, or the label is wrong. Check which price you are charged before paying for a year.
Refunds and terms
The page says plans can be cancelled at any time. It lists a "Payments and Refunds" help section without showing its contents, so the refund terms were not visible to us. Email support response times are 72 business hours on Plus and Super and 36 on Pro.
What to check before you buy
- Use the free daily credits to learn how many credits a typical task of yours burns.
- Ask whether unused monthly credits roll over.
- An agent with a browser can act on your accounts. Give it the least access it needs.
- Confirm the monthly versus yearly price at checkout.
