On 12 Oct 2026 we read My-Ebikes's public store listings and its refund and shipping pages. We counted what is for sale, what it costs and how much of it is marked down, and we noted what the policies commit to. We have not ordered from My-Ebikes or used its products.

Are the discounts real?

40 of 61 listings showed a higher crossed-out price, with a typical markdown of 38%. When most of a catalog is marked down at once, the lower figure is the normal price and the crossed-out one is decoration. Compare the price you pay with other shops and ignore the percentage.

Returns, warranty and shipping

The store's standard policy addresses returned no readable text to us, so we cannot report its return terms. As a seller based in Germany it is bound by EU consumer law, which gives online buyers 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. Check the store's own Widerruf (withdrawal) and warranty pages before ordering.

Terms change, and the wording on the day you order is what counts. Save a copy with your order confirmation.

What to check before you buy

  • Two thirds of listings showed a crossed-out price, with a typical markdown of 38%. Compare the selling price with other German dealers for the same model and model year.
  • Ask which model year the bike is. Heavy markdowns often mean last season's stock.
  • Check frame size and wheel size (the listings use Zoll, inches).
  • Ask where service and warranty work is carried out, and who pays freight.

Who it suits

A reasonable choice if

  • You are in Germany or nearby and know which model you want.
  • You have compared the price for the same model year elsewhere.

Look elsewhere if

  • You are outside the EU.
  • You want policy terms confirmed before you buy and cannot find them on the site.
