On 12 Oct 2026 we read Onemile's public store listings and its refund and shipping pages. We counted what is for sale, what it costs and how much of it is marked down, and we noted what the policies commit to. We have not ordered from Onemile or used its products.

Are the discounts real?

49 of 74 listings showed a higher crossed-out price, with a typical markdown of 39%. When most of a catalog is marked down at once, the lower figure is the normal price and the crossed-out one is decoration. Compare the price you pay with other shops and ignore the percentage.

Returns, warranty and shipping

Onemile states a 30-day return policy from receipt and gives a return address in Savona, Italy. Buyers in the European Union also have the legal 14-day right to cancel. After 30 days it accepts returns only for quality problems during the warranty period.

Terms change, and the wording on the day you order is what counts. Save a copy with your order confirmation.

What to check before you buy

  • In the EU an e-bike counts as a bicycle only if assistance stops at 25 km/h and the motor is rated at 250 W continuous. Check each model's figures against that rule.
  • This is a European store. Buyers elsewhere should ask about shipping, import duty and where warranty repairs happen.
  • Ask who pays to send a 30 kg bike back to Italy.
  • Check the battery's certification and whether replacement batteries are stocked.

Who it suits

A reasonable choice if

  • You are in the EU and want a compact or fat-tire e-bike with parts support.
  • You have checked the model is road-legal where you ride.

Look elsewhere if

  • You are outside Europe and expect local returns.
  • You want to rely on the crossed-out price as the normal price.

FAQ

Is Onemile a legitimate company?

Onemile runs its own website with published prices and terms, which we read on 12 Oct 2026. We have not placed an order, so we cannot speak to delivery or service from experience.

What does Onemile sell?

Folding e-bikes and fat-tire "Scrambler" e-bikes, with spare parts and accessories.

How much does Onemile cost?

The median listing was €59 when we read the store, and the most expensive was €1,699.

Did you test it?

No. This page is based on the brand's own listings, pricing and policy pages.

Bottom line

Onemile's parts range suggests it supports what it sells. The markdowns are too widespread to mean much, so compare the selling price, and settle the return logistics for a heavy bike before you order.
