Pacdora: commercial use is listed on the top plan only

Pacdora sells an online packaging design tool with dieline templates, 3D mockups and AI image tools. We read its prices and terms and wrote down what a buyer should know first.

On 12 Oct 2026 we read Pacdora's pricing and policy pages. We noted what it charges, what the terms commit to and what is left unsaid. We have not ordered from Pacdora or used its products.

What Pacdora sells

Pacdora lets you pick a box, bag or bottle template, apply artwork and see it as a 3D mockup, then export the dieline for a printer. It has a free plan and three paid tiers named Lite, Pro and Business.

The line to read twice

The comparison table we read lists use rights as "personal only" for the Free, Lite and Pro plans and grants commercial use on Business. If you are designing packaging for a product you sell, that row matters more than render speed or credit counts. The plan prices themselves showed as zero in the copy of the page we could read, so we do not quote them. Unused monthly AI credits reset at each billing cycle.

Refunds and terms

Pacdora says subscription refunds can be requested by email if you have exported fewer than three times since paying, and that one-time purchases are not refundable. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. The page mentions a free trial with cancellation within seven days, without spelling out the terms.

Terms change, and the wording on the day you order is what counts. Save a copy with your order confirmation.

What to check before you buy

  • Confirm which plan permits commercial use before paying for a lower one.
  • Ask your printer which dieline file format they need (AI, PDF or DXF) and check your plan exports it.
  • A 3D mockup is not a print proof. Order a physical sample before a production run.
  • Keep exports under three until you are sure, if you may want a refund.

Who it suits

A reasonable choice if

  • You design packaging regularly and want mockups without 3D software.
  • You have checked the licence on your plan.

Look elsewhere if

  • You need one box design. The free plan or a freelancer may be cheaper.
  • You need colour-accurate proofs.
