On 12 Oct 2026 we read Ulanzi's public store listings and its refund and shipping pages. We counted what is for sale, what it costs and how much of it is marked down, and we noted what the policies commit to. We have not ordered from Ulanzi or used its products.

What Ulanzi sells
Ulanzi makes the small parts that sit between a camera and everything else. Tripods are the largest group in its store, followed by its Falcam quick-release system, compact lights and mounts for DJI and other action cameras. Most of it costs less than a restaurant meal, which is why creators tend to buy several pieces at once.

Are the discounts real?
Only 29 of 242 listings showed a crossed-out price (typical markdown 20%). Most of the catalog is sold at a plain price, so a sale tag on this store is the exception.
Returns, warranty and shipping
Ulanzi's policy gives you 14 days from receipt to ask for a return. It charges no restocking fee, but unless the product is faulty you pay the return postage. Orders are processed in one to two business days, and transport damage has to be reported within three business days.
What to check before you buy
- Quick-release plates only work with their own system. Check that a Falcam plate matches the clamp you already own.
- Compare the tripod's rated load with the weight of your camera plus its heaviest lens.
- Fourteen days is short. Open and test everything the week it arrives.
Who it suits
A reasonable choice if
- You are building a phone or mirrorless camera rig piece by piece.
- You want low-cost accessories and can test them quickly.
Look elsewhere if
- You want a long return window.
- You need load ratings verified by an independent lab.

Bottom line
Ulanzi's store is priced for impulse buys and its catalog is mostly at full price, so there is little discount theatre to see through. The catch is the 14-day return window with buyer-paid postage. Test on arrival.
